The college offers BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) with 40 seats, MD/MS Ayurveda (Ayurveda Vachaspati) with 36 seats across 6 departments (Ayurveda Samhita, Dravyaguna, Rasa Shastra, Panchakarma, Kaumara Brithya, and Shalya Tantra), and Ph.D in Ayurveda subject to guide availability.

Admission to BAMS is entirely merit-based through NEET UG scores. Candidates must qualify NEET UG and participate in the AP AYUSH counselling conducted by Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada, for state quota seats, or through AACCC for All India quota seats. There is no management quota admission.

The closing rank for the General category under the All India Quota in Round 3 of AYUSH NEET UG 2024 was 85,090, compared to 67,778 in 2023. Inpatient services, medicines, and food for admitted patients are also provided free, supported by TTD.
