Located within the 65+ acre multi-faculty campus of Swami Vivekanand Subharti University on NH-58, Delhi-Haridwar Bypass Road. The campus houses the medical college, teaching hospital, hostels, library, research centre, sports grounds, and all allied departments under one roof. It is approximately 91 km from IGI Airport, Delhi, providing excellent connectivity.

All lecture halls are equipped with modern audio-visual aids including OHP, LCD screens, and electronic teaching boards. Smart classrooms enhance the learning environment across all departments. Teaching is conducted via Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME) as mandated by NMC.

A well-stocked central library with a large collection of medical textbooks, national and international journals, digital databases (e-journals), and research resources catering to UG and PG students. Digital access is available to support evidence-based medical practice.

Each department has its own fully-equipped laboratory. The Microbiology Department houses a NABL-accredited Mycobacteriology Laboratory with National Certification from the Revised National Tuberculosis Control Programme (RNTCP). The Central Research Station (CRS) supports biomedical and clinical research activities.

Separate hostels for boys and girls are available on campus. Annual hostel fee is ₹1.50 lakh for Non-AC double-seater rooms. Hostel is compulsory for all students except Meerut residents. Hostel facilities include mess, recreation room, and 24x7 security.

Comprehensive sports and recreational facilities are available on the 65+ acre university campus, including cricket grounds, football fields, basketball courts, badminton courts, volleyball courts, and indoor sports facilities. Students participate in inter-university and state-level sports events.
