The clinical heart of the institute, the teaching hospital offers active OPD/IPD services across all major Ayurvedic specialties including Kayachikitsa, Panchakarma, Shalyatantra, Shalakyatantra, Prasootitantra & Striroga, Kaumarabhritya, Swasthavritta, Agadatantra, and specialty clinics for women's health, geriatric care, and wellness counselling. The hospital accepts patients under the Arogya Raksha and Sampoorna Suraksha Yojane government schemes and SDM (Dharmasthala). OPD operates Mon–Sat 9:30 AM–8:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM–1:00 PM.

Herbal Garden (119 Documented Plant Species)

A fully documented herbal garden containing 119 medicinal plant species across more than 50 botanical families, including rare and therapeutically significant plants such as Tinospora cordifolia (Guduchi/Amritha Balli), Asparagus racemosa (Shatavari), Gymnema sylvestre (Madhunashini), Mucuna pruriens (Kapikacchu), Celastrus paniculatus (Jyothismati), and others. Every plant is catalogued with its Latin name, botanical family, Sanskrit name, common name, and count of specimens, with the full list published on the official website for student reference.

Library & Reading Room

A well-stocked library with a 60-seat reading room, housing a comprehensive collection of classical Ayurvedic texts, modern medical reference books, and print journals, with curated digital access and campus-wide Wi-Fi supporting online databases and e-learning resources. Library timings are Mon–Sat 9:30 AM–6:00 PM. Previous years' question papers, reference help, and circulation services are available. Smart Classrooms, Anatomy Lab & Dissection Hall

Technology-enabled smart classrooms with LCD projectors, interactive boards, and AV-integrated teaching aids, supporting case-based learning, seminars, and journal clubs. The Rachana Sharir (Anatomy) lab includes a dedicated Dissection Hall with cadavers and a specimen museum. The Kriya Sharir (Physiology) lab is equipped as per NCISM norms. Skill labs for OSCE/OSPE training and a digitized computer centre complement the academic infrastructure.

Swarnamrutha Prashana Clinic & Wellness Programmes

A dedicated Swarnamrutha Prashana clinic offering the classical Ayurvedic paediatric immunity programme through gold bhasma preparations administered on auspicious days as per Kashyapa Samhita tradition. The hospital also offers structured wellness programmes including Panchakarma rejuvenation packages, diet and lifestyle counselling, and a Yoga unit — giving students exposure to both clinical treatment and preventive wellness practice streams.
