Yes. TAT is approved by AICTE and affiliated to Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Odisha, for its B.Tech, Integrated M.Tech, M.Tech, MBA and MCA programmes; its new Diploma programmes are affiliated to SCTE&VT, Odisha.
TAT holds NAAC accreditation with a 'B' Grade. It is also NBA-accredited for 6 programmes: MBA, Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering (2026-2028), and Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering and MCA (2024-2027).
The Government of Odisha's Fee Structure Committee has fixed TAT's B.Tech tuition fee at Rs. 88,000/year (including a Rs. 4,000/year NAAC-B component) for the 2025-26 to 2027-28 sessions, or about Rs. 3,52,000 for the 4-year programme, uniform across all branches. Hostel, transport, uniform and caution-money charges are additional.
Per the institute's AICTE Extension of Approval for 2025-26, Computer Science & Engineering has an approved intake of 180 seats, alongside 60 seats each in CSE (Data Science) and CSE (AI & ML), and 60 seats in Computer Science & Information Technology.
