TRR Institute of Medical Sciences (TRRIMS), Patancheru, is a private medical college established in 2019 by Sri T. Ram Mohan Reddy under the TRR Group of Institutions (TRRGOI) — a multi-disciplinary educational group founded in 2001 that also operates TRR College of Engineering, TRR Nagar, Inole. Located in Inole Village, Patancheru Mandal, Sangareddy District, Telangana — 18 km from Lingampally Railway Station, 9 km from the Patancheru Centralised Bus Stand, 30+ km from Hyderabad city — the campus is described in multiple sources as spanning between 27 acres (early source) and 100 acres (Careermarg/latest source). The attached teaching hospital is variously described as 360 beds (MNR Teaching Hospital reference, early listing) to 700–750 beds (Careermarg/latest source 2024–25) — reflecting expansion over the college's growth years.
