Admission to the B.Arch programme at TVBSHS is through centralised online counselling conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU). Candidates must have a valid NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) score and appear in the IPU CET (Common Entrance Test) for B.Arch. Seats are allotted based on the combined merit of IPU CET rank and NATA score during the counselling process at ipu.admissions.nic.in.

Candidates must have passed Class 12 (10+2) or equivalent with Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects and a minimum aggregate of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC). Additionally, Physics and Chemistry must have been studied at the Class 10 level. A valid NATA score is mandatory for all applicants.

As a GGSIPU-affiliated self-financing institute, the fee at TVBSHS is regulated by GGSIPU's Self-Financing Regulatory Committee (SFRC). The total B.Arch fee is approximately ₹11.1 Lakhs for the 5-year programme (approx. ₹2.22 Lakhs per year). TVBSHS does not have an on-campus hostel. However, the school actively assists students in arranging paying guest (PG) accommodations, rental housing, and women's hostel facilities in the nearby Vasant Kunj and Vasant Vihar areas. The campus is well-connected by bus routes from across Delhi, making it accessible for day scholars.
