United College of Engineering & Research (UCER), Prayagraj, is a premier private engineering institution established in 1998, affiliated with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow, and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India. The college is part of the United Group of Institutions, a legacy dating back to 1951, founded by Late Shri Shiv Ram Das Gulati. The United Group today operates nine well-established institutes across Prayagraj and Greater Noida, with over 11,200 students and more than 750 faculty members. UCER holds NBA (National Board of Accreditation) accreditation for its programs and is also ISO certified, with quality standards recognised by the World Bank.
