Smart classrooms with ICT-enabled teaching aids, audio-visual projectors, and electronic boards. All lecture halls are designed for the NMC-mandated Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME) framework. Demonstration halls and examination halls support practical and assessment-based learning across departments.

Each department has its own fully-equipped laboratory meeting NMC standards. Physiology has 3 labs — Human, Haematology, and Mammalian/Amphibian — as per NMC guidelines. The Anatomy department has ultramodern histology, cadaveric dissection, museum specimen preparation, and model preparation facilities. The Biochemistry department manages the Clinical Biochemistry Lab in the hospital, where a range of biochemical tests are routinely performed for inpatients. United Diagnostics (a sister facility) provides premium MRI, CT Scan, Pathology, Ultrasound, and X-Ray services.

A well-equipped central library with a curated collection of standard MBBS and PG medical textbooks, national and international journals, digital e-resources, and a comfortable reading room with Wi-Fi access. The library caters to all years of MBBS students and PG residents.

UIMS is spread over a lush green 20-acre campus (10 lakh sq. ft.) in Rawatpur, near Prayagraj (Bamrauli) Airport — approximately 40 minutes from the city centre. The campus integrates the medical college building, teaching hospital, hostel blocks, and academic support facilities in a modern, cohesive layout. The United Group's sister facility, United Diagnostics (MRI, CT Scan, Pathology, Ultrasound, X-Ray), is also part of the ecosystem.

Separate hostel facilities for boys and girls are available on campus. Annual hostel fee is ₹1,50,000 and mess fee is ₹1,75,000. Hostel facilities include: hygienic and nutritious mess throughout the day; 24x7 CCTV surveillance with dedicated wardens; dedicated study rooms for a focused academic environment; common recreation rooms with indoor games and TV; laundry, housekeeping, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
