- State Quota (85%): Filled exclusively through the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, via the KEAM portal. Candidates must meet the strict nativity clauses defined by the Kerala Government.
- All India Quota (15%): Filled through the Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) based on All India Ranks.
