- Qualify NEET (UG) — minimum 50th percentile General/EWS category (40th percentile SC/ST/OBC; 45th percentile PwD General).
- Register on MP AYUSH Online Counselling portal (ayush.mponline.gov.in) by paying ₹500 registration fee — OR register on AACCC portal (aaccc.gov.in) for All India Quota.
- Get original documents verified at any Government Autonomous Ayurveda, Homeopathy, or Unani college in Madhya Pradesh.
- Complete Candidate Profile on the MP AYUSH Online portal.
