Vyas Medical College and Hospital, Jodhpur, established in 2024, is Western Rajasthan's first new private medical college. Located at Village Jhalamand, Kudi Hod, Pali Road, Jodhpur, adjacent to Vyas Dental College & Hospital, it is affiliated to Marwar Medical University, Jodhpur (from AY 2025-26; initially RUHS Jaipur), and recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC) with 100 MBBS seats for AY 2024-25 (increased to 150 from AY 2025-26). The campus is strategically connected — just 10 km from Jodhpur Airport and 15 km from Jodhpur Railway Junction. The campus features four modern lecture theatres with internet and projectors, a digital library with 4,500+ textbooks, 50 national and international journals and 4,700 electronic resources, CCTV surveillance throughout, separate hostels for boys, girls, and staff, and a large cafeteria. Annual state quota fee is approximately Rs. 19 lakhs (total 4.5 years ~Rs. 85.5 lakhs). Management quota annual fee is approximately Rs. 21 lakhs (total ~Rs. 94.5 lakhs). Hostel fee approximately Rs. 2 lakhs per year extra.
The college is at Village Jhalamand, Kudi Hod, Pali Road, Jodhpur-342005. It is 10 km from Jodhpur Airport, 15 km from Jodhpur Railway Junction, and 14–16 km from Jodhpur Main Bus Stand.
As of 2024-25, Vyas Medical College offers only MBBS. PG programs are expected as the college develops. The attached Vyas Dental College offers BDS and MDS programs.
From AY 2025-26, Vyas Medical College's affiliation has been transferred from RUHS, Jaipur to Marwar Medical University, Jodhpur, along with 16 other Rajasthan medical colleges.
