The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has opened fresh registration for MBBS and BDS (Group A) under NEET UG Counselling 2026. As per Notice No. 31, eligible candidates can register from October 31 to November 2, 2026. The registration, fee payment and document upload deadlines are different.

Who Can Register?
Fresh registration is intended for eligible candidates who have not registered earlier, and certain Round 2 candidates who did not join, report or retained no seat, subject to the conditions in Notice No. 31. Candidates already allotted seats in CAP Round 3 or later stray rounds should check the notice restrictions before applying.
How to Apply for Maharashtra MBBS/BDS Stray Round
- Open the official CET Cell NEET UG 2026 portal.
- Read Notice No. 31 – New Registration for MBBS & BDS (Group A).
- Complete registration and session application by November 2, 5:30 PM.
- Pay the fee by 7:30 PM and upload required scanned documents by 8 PM.
- Check document verification and subsequent counselling notices.
