NMC has granted a Letter of Permission (LOP) for an increase in MBBS intake from 150 to 250 seats for AY 2025-26 — an increase of 100 seats. For AY 2024-25, the approved intake was 150 MBBS seats.

Under the Government / State Quota, the annual fee is approximately ₹6 lakh (total ~₹27 lakhs for 4.5 years), set by the Haryana Fee Fixation Committee. Under Management Quota, the annual fee is approximately ₹12,75,000 (total ~₹57–60 lakhs including hostel, security deposit, and miscellaneous charges). For NRI Quota, the total MBBS tuition is approximately USD 1,10,000 for the full course, plus ₹2,40,000 per year for hostel and mess. NEET-UG (conducted by NTA) is mandatory for MBBS admission. Admissions are conducted through Haryana NEET counselling by DMER (Directorate of Medical Education and Research), Haryana, via dmerharyana.org and uhsugadmissions.in. 85% seats are filled through state counselling (Haryana domicile candidates), and 15% through management quota counselling. NRI seats are 15% of the management quota.
