Online choice filling runs from November 2, 11:00 AM to November 5, 2026, 11:00 AM. The seat allotment result is scheduled for November 6.

Candidates should check their choices and the result on the official UP NEET counselling portal. Those allotted seats must follow the notified allotment-letter and admission process on the scheduled dates. The DGME notice does not specify a separate choice-locking time or an allotment-result release hour.
