A J Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre (AJIMS), Mangalore is a well-regarded private medical college established in 2002 by the Laxmi Memorial Education Trust under the leadership of Dr. A.J. Shetty. The MBBS course follows the NMC Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME) curriculum over 5.5 years (4.5 academic years + 1-year compulsory rotating internship).
