Central Library
The central library at AIT is a knowledge hub at the heart of the 120-acre campus. It houses thousands of textbooks, reference volumes, technical journals, and national and international periodicals. Digital resources including e-books, online databases, and e-journals are available. A separate reference-only library is also maintained for advanced academic resources. Study spaces, reading rooms, and research assistance are provided.

Smart Classrooms and Lecture Halls
All classrooms at AIT are air-conditioned with modern audio-visual systems, smart boards, and wireless LAN connectivity. The institute continuously upgrades teaching technology to support innovative and interactive pedagogy across all disciplines.

Departmental Laboratories
Each of the 12 B.E. departments has its own dedicated building with well-equipped, state-of-the-art laboratories. Labs for computer science, electronics, mechanical, aeronautical, and biotechnology departments are regularly updated with the latest equipment and software tools relevant to industry standards.

As per KCET 2025 data, the closing rank for BE in Computer Science and Engineering at AIT Bangalore for the General Merit (GM) category was approximately 20,042. For AI & ML, the closing rank was around 23,121 (GM). For Information Science and Engineering, it was around 25,000โ30,000. KCET cutoffs vary yearly based on competition and seat availability.
