60-Bed Ayurvedic Teaching Hospital
A fully operational 60-bed Ayurvedic teaching hospital providing comprehensive OPD and IPD services across all 14 clinical departments. The hospital has General Wards for inpatient treatment, Consultation Rooms for OPD consultations in all specialities, a Primary Emergency Care Unit for acute care, and an integrated Panchakarma Unit. Students from the 2nd Professional year onwards receive supervised clinical exposure in all departments. Online and telephonic hospital appointment booking is available through agastyayukoppal.org.

Panchakarma Unit
A dedicated Panchakarma Unit within the teaching hospital offering classical Ayurvedic detoxification and rejuvenation procedures — Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya, Raktamokshana, Shirodhara, Snehana, and Swedana — administered under the supervision of the MD (Panchakarma) specialist faculty. The Panchakarma unit also supports clinical training for BAMS students in their Final Professional year.

Central Library
The Central Library houses a total of 2,652 books: 2,505 volumes specifically on Ayurveda (covering all classical and contemporary Ayurvedic subjects taught across the BAMS curriculum), 125 books on Modern Medicine and related disciplines, 12 Medical Journals, and 10 other reference titles. The library is a comprehensive academic resource for BAMS students and faculty at all levels.

Teaching Pharmacy & Quality Testing Laboratory
A dedicated Teaching Pharmacy and Quality Testing Laboratory supports practical training in Rasashastra and Bhaishajya Kalpana (Pharmaceutical Sciences) — students learn Ayurvedic formulation, preparation of classical medicines (Asava, Arishta, Ghrita, Tailam, Churna, Vati, Avaleha, Bhasma), and quality testing methods as part of their BAMS practical curriculum.
