MBBS interns receive a monthly stipend during their 1-year CRRI period. PG (MD/MS) residents receive INR 30,000/month in the 1st year, INR 35,000/month in the 2nd year, and INR 40,000-50,000/month in the 3rd year.

The college offers MD and MS programs in 13+ specializations recognized by NMC, including General Medicine, Paediatrics, Psychiatry, Pathology, Microbiology, Pharmacology, Community Medicine, Anaesthesiology, Radio-Diagnosis, Dermatology, Chest Medicine, General Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, and ENT. Total PG intake is approximately 75 seats. PG admission is through NEET-PG scores and KEA/MCC counselling.

Yes. The college provides separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. Moulana Azad Men's Hostel and Bibi Khatija Ladies Hostel each have capacity for 300 students. PG hostels and an Internee's Hostel are also available. All hostels have 24-hour electricity, backup generators, solar water heaters, mess and kitchen, recreation halls, and prayer halls. Security is managed by trained ex-servicemen.
