AIIMS Bibinagar is extremely competitive due to its AIIMS brand and very low fee. NEET UG 2025 General category Round 1 closing rank was approximately 1,782. In 2024, Round 1 closing rank for General category was 2,388, Round 2 was 2,530, and Round 3 was 2,588. The total MBBS fee for the entire 4.5-year academic program at AIIMS Bibinagar is approximately Rs.5,856 (one-time payment via DD at the time of admission). This includes: Registration Rs.25, Caution Money Rs.100 (refundable), Tuition Fee Rs.1,350, Laboratory Fee Rs.90, Student Union Rs.63, Hostel Rent Rs.990, Gymkhana Rs.220, Pot Fund Rs.1,320, Electricity Rs.198, and Mess Security Rs.500 (refundable). Monthly mess charges (approximately Rs.5,000-6,000/month) are billed separately. This makes AIIMS Bibinagar one of the most affordable MBBS institutions in India.

PG (MD/MS) admission at AIIMS Bibinagar is through INI CET (INI Common Entrance Test) conducted by AIIMS New Delhi. INI CET is held twice a year (January and July sessions). Eligibility: MBBS from NMC-recognized institution with 55% aggregate marks and completed 1-year Compulsory Rotating Internship. The centralized counselling is conducted by AIIMS Delhi. Total PG fees for 3 years: Rs.3,027. PG residents receive a monthly stipend of approximately Rs.67,700-75,000 as per central AIIMS norms. NEET PG score is NOT accepted for AIIMS PG admissions.

AIIMS Bibinagar is a Statutory Autonomous Institution under the AIIMS Act 1956, recognized as an Institute of National Importance by the Parliament of India. It is not affiliated with any university – it is empowered to award its own degrees (MBBS, MD, MS, B.Sc Nursing) directly. It is recognized and mentored under the AIIMS New Delhi system, and all its courses are approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC). The institute was initially mentored by AIIMS Bhopal and now operates fully independently.
