NEET UG

Eligibility Criteria
10+2 with PCB/Biotechnology & English; minimum 50% in PCB (General/EWS); 45% (PwBD); 40% (SC/ST/OBC-SEBC); age ≥17 years by 31 December of admission year; valid NEET UG score (50th percentile General; 40th percentile reserved); Gujarat domicile required for State and Management Quota seats
Admission Process
All MBBS admissions via ACPUGMEC, Government of Gujarat (medadmgujarat.org). Step-by-step process: (1) Qualify NEET UG at neet.nta.nic.in; (2) Purchase PIN from medadmgujarat.org (₹200 online); (3) Register online with PIN, 14-digit PIN, email, mobile, NEET roll number; (4) Prior appointment for Document Verification and Submission of self-attested photocopies at a designated Help Centre (all government medical colleges act as help centres); (5) Publication of merit list; (6) Online choice-filling for preferred colleges (Mock Round → Round 1 → Round 2 → Round 3/Mop-up → Stray Vacancy Round); (7) Seat allotment notification; (8) Download allotment letter and pay fees at Axis Bank or online (fee payment = admission confirmation; non-payment = ineligibility for further rounds at same institution); (9) Submit original documents at Help Centre; (10) Report to ACMR Kalol with physical fitness certificate. NRI candidates: additional DD ₹10,000 in favour of 'ACPUGMEC, payable at Gandhinagar'. Local quota rule: NHLMMC-Ahmedabad and SMIMER-Surat local quota candidates given priority for their respective college local seats.

Important Notice

Admission deadlines decided by ACPUGMEC. Compulsory rural service bond applicable post-MBBS (Gujarat private college norm) – penalty payable if rural service skipped. Fee regulated by FRC Gujarat per the Gujarat Professional Medical Education Colleges or Institution Act, 2007.
