Central government scheme for SC/ST students. Students eligible for this also typically benefit from post-matric SSP scholarships at the engineering level.

Karnataka Post-Matric Scholarship (E-Pass / SSP)

State government scholarship funded through the Social Welfare Department. More than 60% of eligible students at APSCE receive this scholarship, making it the primary financial aid mechanism. Applied via the SSP Karnataka portal (ssp.postmatric.karnataka.gov.in).

SC/ST/OBC and economically backward students from Karnataka with family income below prescribed limits; must be enrolled in AICTE-approved programs

National Fellowship for People with Benchmark Disability (NFPwD)
