One of the largest bed capacities among private Ayurvedic medical colleges in Karnataka. Provides comprehensive OPD and IPD services across all major Ayurvedic specialties — Kayachikitsa, Panchakarma, Shalya Tantra (including Ksharasutra), Shalakya Tantra, Prasuti Tantra (Labor Theatre), Kaumarabhritya, Swasthavritta & Yoga, Agada Tantra, and Emergency OPD. A free medical camp is conducted every Sunday on the campus premises, providing free consultations and medicines to economically underprivileged patients.

Dedicated Panchakarma unit offering classical Ayurvedic detoxification and rejuvenation therapies. The Ksharasutra unit under Shalya Tantra provides specialised treatment for anorectal conditions, fistulas, and related surgical cases using the traditional Ayurvedic medicated thread technique — an area of particular strength at Ashwini Ayu College.

A well-equipped operation theatre for Shalya Tantra surgical training and patient surgical procedures. Students in the Third and Final Professional years and MS Shalya Tantra PG scholars receive hands-on surgical training under faculty supervision in this facility.

A dedicated Labor Theatre in the hospital's Prasuti Tantra & Stri Roga department, providing obstetric services and clinical training for BAMS students and MD Kayachikitsa/Prasuti PG scholars in Ayurvedic gynaecology and childbirth management.

A dedicated 2-acre herbal garden on the 14-acre campus housing all major medicinal plants, herbs, trees, and shrubs used in Ayurvedic pharmacology (Dravyaguna) training. The garden supports both academic learning and practical plant identification for BAMS students throughout their programme.

An enriched library (AUY library) stocked with an extensive collection of classical Ayurvedic samhitas (Charaka, Sushruta, Ashtanga Hridaya, Madhava Nidana), modern medical reference books, research journals, periodicals, and e-resources covering all 14 BAMS subjects and PG specialisations in Kayachikitsa and Shalya Tantra. Supports academic study, research, and RGUHS examination preparation.
