Ayurved Seva Sangh's Ayurved Mahavidyalaya is a government-aided private Ayurvedic institution formally established in 1954 in Nashik (with the founding society's roots tracing back to 1924 in Ahmednagar). Located at Ganeshwadi, near Gadage Maharaj Bridge, Panchavati, Nashik – 422003, on the banks of the holy River Godavari, the college is affiliated with Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS), Nashik, and recognised by NCISM. It offers BAMS (75 seats), MD (Kayachikitsa, Panchakarma), Fellowship programmes (Ksharasutra Chikitsa, Panchakarma), and PhD.

The college has a total sanctioned BAMS intake of 75 seats — comprising 60 General seats and 15 Economically Weaker Section (EWS) seats — recognised by MUHS and historically by CCIM (now NCISM). Of these, 85% are filled under the Maharashtra State Quota via the State CET Cell, Mumbai, and 15% via centralised AACCC-UG counselling.
