85% of BAMS seats under State Quota are allocated to Maharashtra State domicile candidates filled based on the NEET UG merit list, with constitutional reservations (SC, ST, DT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), SEBC, OBC including SBC) and special provisions for female candidates. 15% Institutional Quota seats (for MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS in unaided private/minority/Deemed institutions) are filled on an All-India basis including NRI, OCI, and Outside Maharashtra State (OMS) candidates, through AACCC-UG online CAP rounds.
