Day boarder fee is lower (tuition only: ~₹4.97 Lakhs total).

Yes. BIAS is a fully residential campus in Bhimtal. It has 5 boys' hostels (capacity ~300) and 1 girls' hostel (capacity ~200) — 7 hostels in total. All hostels and academic blocks are Wi-Fi enabled. Both hostel and day boarder options are available.
