A well-stocked central library with an extensive collection of standard medical textbooks, reference books, Indian and international medical journals, and digital e-resources. The library provides membership-based access with dedicated reading rooms for students and faculty. Students can access both print and digital resources.

7 hostel blocks available – 4 for boys and 3 for girls. Monthly charges: INR 1,200–1,500 for shared accommodation. Annual mess fee: INR 12,000–18,000 depending on room type. Hostels are within 3 km of the main college campus. PG accommodation is also available near the campus. All hostel blocks have study rooms, common rooms, and mess facilities. Internet connectivity is available.

CNMC has spacious air-conditioned, fully equipped lecture halls and examination halls across 19 academic departments (pre-clinical, para-clinical, and clinical). The campus has demonstration rooms and a large auditorium that serves as the venue for academic conferences, CMEs, and cultural events. Smart classrooms with audiovisual aids are available. Student reviews consistently highlight the quality of lecture theatres as excellent.

CNMC is located in the heart of Kolkata, one of India's most vibrant metropolitan cities, at 32 Gorachand Road, Beniapukur – approximately 15.2 km from Kolkata Airport. The campus has a modern academic block, administrative block, auditorium, lecture theatres, 7 hostel blocks, hospital building, and staff quarters. Limited washroom facilities on campus and small outdoor grounds are noted as areas for improvement by students. Metro connectivity (Park Street / Sealdah stations), buses, and taxis provide easy access.

State-of-the-art pre-clinical and para-clinical laboratories including Anatomy Dissection Halls, Physiology labs, Biochemistry labs, Pharmacology labs, Pathology and Histopathology labs, Microbiology labs, and Forensic Medicine facilities. Advanced simulation labs and skill labs support Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME) curriculum. CNMC also houses departmental museums in pre-clinical and para-clinical departments. High-tech laboratory infrastructure is noted as a key strength by students.

Two sports grounds on campus for outdoor activities (cricket, football). A swimming pool is available within the campus infrastructure as per reported facilities. Indoor sports facilities including badminton and table tennis are available. CNMC has active clubs for sports, arts, debate, music, drama, and dance. The Annual Cultural Fest AGON is the biggest med-college cultural event in Eastern India. Academic fest INGINEUM is also organised annually.
