CAS Lucknow offers M.Tech programmes in Computer Science and Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Nanotechnology, Manufacturing Technology and Automation, and Energy Science and Technology (18 seats each), and Ph.D programmes in Engineering and Technology disciplines. Total M.Tech intake is approximately 90 students per year.

M.Tech admissions are merit-based through GATE scores (preferred) and CUET PG via UPTAC counselling. Ph.D admissions are through a written entrance test followed by an interview before a Selection Committee. Applications are processed through the IET Lucknow / AKTU official website.
