10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology; minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved categories); qualify NEET-UG

Admission to BAMS is based on NEET-UG score through Chhattisgarh Ayush NEET Counselling, conducted by the Chhattisgarh State Ayush Society, Government of Chhattisgarh, at cgayush.admissions.nic.in. Candidates must register separately for State Quota and/or All India Quota (AIQ) seats. A non-refundable registration fee is payable once (valid until Mop-up round); fresh registration required for the Stray Vacancy round. Candidates are advised to use the same mobile number and email ID as used during NEET-UG registration, and ensure the SANDES app is installed for receiving OTPs. Seat allotment, choice filling, document verification, and reporting are conducted online as per the counselling schedule. Legal jurisdiction for any disputes lies with the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh, Bilaspur.
