For Delhi State Quota eligibility, candidates must have studied Class 11 and 12 in a recognised Delhi school. Reservation norms: SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD as per Delhi Government norms for state quota and central government norms for AIQ. BSAMCH is the only government medical college in North and North-West Delhi.

Yes, separate hostels for boys and girls are available on the 29.4-acre campus. Annual hostel fee: ₹12,000/year. Rooms are twin-sharing with Wi-Fi and basic amenities. However, hostel capacity is limited — only selected students can be accommodated. Most students who don't get hostel must arrange PG accommodation in Rohini, which is readily available at affordable rates near Rohini West Metro Station (just 200 metres from campus). Security deposit for hostel is charged separately at time of allotment. A yoga centre and indoor recreational areas are also available on campus.
