Eligibility Criteria
10+2 PCB + English; 50% aggregate (40% SC/ST); minimum NEET qualifying percentile; age ≥ 17 years by 31st December of admission year. IP Quota: dependent child of active ESIC-insured person (ESI card held for ≥ 3 years)
Admission Process
Two counselling streams: (1) MCC/ESIC quota (ESIC + AIQ): 15% AIQ seats + IP quota seats allotted via MCC centralised online counselling at mcc.nic.in. ESIC institutions' seats filled under ESIC special quota. All-India domicile-free process. Steps: Register on MCC → Fill ESIC/AIQ choices → Lock → Seat allotted on NEET AIR merit → Download allotment letter → Report with documents. (2) Haryana State Quota – 85% non-IP seats: DMER Haryana centralised counselling at uhsugadmissions.in. Haryana domicile mandatory. No NRI quota. No management quota

MCC 2025 counselling: Round 1 registration opened 21 July 2025; 4 rounds total (Round 1, Round 2, Round 3/Mop-up, Stray Vacancy); Stray Vacancy Round completed 20 November 2025. DMER Haryana state counselling runs in parallel. For AY 2026-27, check mcc.nic.in and uhsugadmissions.in

MBBS from NMC-recognised college with minimum 50% marks; compulsory rotating internship completed by 31st March; valid NEET PG score
Admission Process
50% AIQ seats: MCC PG centralised counselling at mcc.nic.in. 50% State Quota: DMER Haryana PG counselling. Haryana domicile + MBBS from Haryana mandatory for state quota. Merit based on NEET PG AIR. 87 total PG seats across MD/MS specialities
