Three channels of admission, all strictly NEET merit-based: (1) AIQ (15 seats): MCC counselling at mcc.nic.in – Register → Choice fill → Seat allotment → Report to college. (2) ESIC IP Quota (20 seats): MCC counselling at mcc.nic.in → ESIC IP category registration → Annexure 3A/3B document upload → Choice fill under ESIC IP quota → Allotment → Report. Step to get IP certificate: Apply at local ESIC Branch Office with parent's IP number and employment proof. (3) State Quota (65 seats): ACPUGMEC at medadmgujarat.org → Purchase PIN → Register → Document verification at Help Centre → Merit list → Choice fill (Mock → Round 1 → Round 2 → Mop-up → Stray) → Seat allotment → Fee payment → Report to college. NO management quota, NO NRI quota, NO direct admission exists at ESIC colleges.
