FAME is promoted by the Farookh family — Directors include Fousia Farookh, Fiza Aysha, Faya Fathima, and Bava Mohammed Farookh — with its registered corporate office at 25/1 Residency Road, Bengaluru - 560025. The medical college and hospital campus is situated on Mysore-Madikeri Road, Near Ilavala, Hunsur Taluk, Mysore District, Karnataka — 571103, offering a serene, semi-rural environment with access to both urban Mysuru and the rural population of the Hunsur belt.
