Yes. GMERS Gotri provides separate hostels for boys, girls, interns, and postgraduate resident doctors. Rooms are fully furnished with tables, chairs, cupboards, and cots. Each hostel has an in-house mess providing hygienic food, a reading room, water purifiers, water coolers, and 24-hour water supply. Mandatory mess enrollment is required for hostel residents. An indoor gymnasium (Interns' Hostel), outdoor gymnasium, and volleyball court are also available.

The college also has active hobby clubs in Sports, Music, Drama, Dance, Arts & Crafts, and Photography & Videography, each with a designated Faculty In-charge.
