Minimum 50% aggregate in Bachelor's Degree (45% for SC/ST category); final-year candidates completing degree requirements by June 2026 may also apply.

Online application; shortlisting via Achiever's Round (profile-based, for candidates with specific academic/professional/programme-specific achievements) or Regular Round; shortlisted candidates undergo an online Written Aptitude Test (WAT) and face-to-face Personal Interview conducted in select cities (Achiever's interviews in Delhi, Goa and Kolkata). Selection weightage: Objective exam score 40%, Past Academic Records 15%, Work Experience 10%, Face-to-face evaluation 30%, Profile Assessment/Diversity 5%. Qualifying cut-off may be lowered by up to 15 points for candidates of Goan domicile/origin for interview eligibility.

First class Master's degree in a relevant subject with at least 60% marks at the graduate level, plus a minimum of 2 years of academic, industry, or teaching/research assistance experience.
