GMC Badaun is affiliated with Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University (MJPRU), Bareilly — not ABVMU Lucknow. This is because Badaun falls in the Rohilkhand region of western UP. The college is approved by NMC.

AIQ annual fee: ₹36,000; UP State Quota annual fee: ₹40,800. Total course fee: ₹1.62–₹1.84 lakh for 4.5 years. Hostel fee approximately ₹14,000/year additional. Intern stipend: ₹17,000–₹20,000/month.

GMC Badaun offers three paramedical diploma programmes: Diploma in Emergency and Trauma Care Technician (30 seats), Diploma in Operation Theatre Technician (30 seats), and Diploma in Orthopedic and Plaster Technician (30 seats) — in addition to MBBS and MD in Community Medicine.
