Baran is in the Hadoti division of eastern Rajasthan, approximately 275 km from Jaipur, 100 km from Kota (nearest major city), and 230 km from Indore (Madhya Pradesh). Kota Railway Station is approximately 100 km away. Baran is accessible by road via NH-27.

Once NMC LOP is issued, MBBS admissions will be via Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling Board (rajugneet2025.com) for 85% state quota and MCC for 15% AIQ. No management or NRI quota. Rajasthan domicile required for state quota.
