Step 1: Qualify NEET UG → Step 2: For AIQ (15%): Register on MCC (mcc.nic.in); For SQ (85%): Register on CET Cell Maharashtra (cetcell.mahacet.org) → Step 3: Pay registration fee (INR 800 General/OBC/EWS; INR 600 SC/ST/NT/SBC) → Step 4: Document e-scrutiny online → Step 5: Fill college preferences → Step 6: CAP Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up Round, Stray Vacancy Round → Step 7: Report to GMC Bhandara at District Hospital Campus, Sant Kabir Ward, Bhandara — 441904 → Step 8: Pay fees. Documents: NEET scorecard + admit card, Class 10 & 12 marksheets, Transfer Certificate, College Leaving Certificate, PAN & Aadhaar, passport-size photos, Medical Fitness Certificate, Income/Caste Certificate (reserved categories), Domicile Certificate

No management or NRI quota — 100% merit-based. Inaugurated 09/10/2024 by PM Narendra Modi. Rural service MANDATORY since 2022 (GR MED 1021/C.R.128/21) — penalty cannot substitute for PHC/CHC service. Students without government scholarship exempt. No stipend during MBBS course. Refund policy: almost full refund during counselling withdrawal.
