GMC Bhavnagar has 200 MBBS seats — 30 AIQ (via MCC) and 170 State Quota (via ACPUGMEC). As a pure government college, the annual tuition fee is only INR 25,000 (INR 0.25 Lakhs/year) as per ACPUGMEC 2024-25 official table (Code: BHMED, Type: GOVT). Total for 4.5 years: INR 1,12,500. There is NO NRI quota and NO management quota.

Maharshi Charak Boys' Hostel is at Sir T. Hospital campus with dining hall, air coolers, 24/7 water and electricity, daily laundry service, cricket ground, and volleyball court. The girls' hostel is arranged as doctors' quarters — 3 BHK flat accommodation shared by 8 girls in 1st year — considered 'way way better than any normal hostel' by students.
