Completed academic block at Ukkinadka with lecture halls, laboratories, and administrative spaces. Campus is being developed with academic, residential, and hospital blocks funded by KIIFB (₹160 crore administrative sanction).

₹8 crore allocated by the Government of Kerala for the campus water supply system

Women's hostel and staff quarters nearing completion; men's hostel yet to be started (as of 2025). A hostel building worth ₹29 crore is in progress on the Ukkinadka campus.

Future planned additions include a permanent hospital block on campus, additional medical and paramedical courses, international exchange programmes, and R&D facilities — in line with the original IIMS-style integrated campus vision of the Government of Kerala's newer medical colleges

General Hospital, Kasaragod — renamed as Government Medical College Hospital, Kasaragod — serves as the temporary teaching hospital. Located in Kasaragod town, approximately 27 km from the academic block. Features specialty services including Neurology, introduced specifically for the college.
