Admission Process
PG admissions: 50% AIQ via MCC (mcc.nic.in) + 50% Punjab state via BFUHS. All four MCC rounds (Round 1, 2, 3, Stray Vacancy) online. BFUHS counselling: Round 1 (online), Round 2 (physical), Round 3/Mop-up (physical). Deposit registration fee ₹5,900 (₹2,950 SC) via BFUHS online payment. Fee remittance proof submitted to Principal, GMC Patiala. Bond: undertaking as per Annexure B or C in BFUHS PG Prospectus. Minority quota (Sikh, Christian) verification mandatory for minority institutions.

NEET PG 2026 scheduled August 30, 2026. BFUHS PG Round 3 seat allotment results released per BFUHS schedule. 100% PG placement rate; median PG salary ₹9.79 LPA.

MBBS admissions via: (A) 15% AIQ via MCC (mcc.nic.in): register, fill choices including GMC Patiala, seat allotment across Round 1, Round 2, Round 3/Mop-up, Stray Vacancy; report to college. (B) 85% Punjab State Quota via BFUHS Faridkot (bfuhs.ac.in): register on BFUHS portal, pay application fee ₹5,900 (₹2,950 for SC), fill choices, seat allotment across 3 Rounds (Round 1 online; Round 2 physical; Round 3/Mop-up physical) + College Round. Fee deposited via BFUHS online payment gateway. Report to GMC Patiala (opposite Rajindra Hospital, New Lal Bagh Colony, Patiala). Documents: NEET admit card + score card, allotment letter, 10+2 and 10th marksheets + certificates, domicile, category/EWS/PwD certificate, Aadhar, 8 passport photos, medical fitness certificate, transfer certificate, gap certificate (if applicable).
