GPC Gorakhpur currently offers only one course: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma), a 4-year full-time undergraduate programme with 60 seats per year, approved by PCI and AICTE.

Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology OR Mathematics from a recognised board with a minimum of 50% marks and a valid CUET UG score.

Admissions are based on CUET UG scores. Shortlisted candidates participate in UPTAC counselling for seat allotment, followed by document verification and fee payment at the institute.
