BAMS admissions at RRAMC are entirely NEET-UG based, with no direct or walk-in admission route. The 100 BAMS seats are distributed across three quota streams: 15 seats (15%) under the All India Quota, filled through the AACCC AYUSH Counselling portal at aaccc.gov.in; 25 seats (25%) under the Karnataka State Quota, filled through the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) AYUSH Counselling at kea.kar.nic.in for Karnataka domicile candidates; and 60 seats (60%) under the Management Quota, filled by the college directly for NEET-qualified candidates on a merit-cum-first-come basis. For MD Ayurveda admissions, candidates must qualify AIAPGET (All India AYUSH Post-Graduate Entrance Test, conducted by NBE) and register for KEA Karnataka AIAPGET counselling.
