RRAMC is managed by the Hyderabad Karnataka Development Education Trust (HKDET), founded in 1991 under the honorary leadership of Shri Basavaraj H. Patil, with the mission to develop educational and healthcare access in the mofussil and backward areas of the Hyderabad-Karnataka region. The trust manages a 50-acre campus in Humnabad, Bidar district.
