The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) was established in 1963 as an autonomous body under India's Ministry of Commerce & Industry, and was granted "Deemed to be University" status in 2002. Its Delhi campus, at IIFT Bhawan, B-21, Qutab Institutional Area, overlooks the historic Qutub Minar and houses two academic blocks and residential blocks across roughly 6.5 acres.
