As per the official JoSAA 2025 fee structure, the first-year total is approximately Rs. 4.09 lakhs (including one-time fees, deposits, 2 semester fees, and hostel charges). Tuition is Rs. 1,25,000 per semester; total 4-year programme cost is approximately Rs. 12–14 lakhs including all charges. SC/ST/PwD students get full tuition waiver.

In JoSAA 2025 Round 6, the General category closing rank for CSE at IIIT Raichur was 39,805. For Mathematics and Computing, the R1 closing rank was 61,857 and R6 was 74,623. AI & DS has closing ranks similar to CSE.

IIIT Raichur currently operates from a transit campus at Government Engineering College, Yeramarus, Raichur. A permanent 75-acre campus in Raichur is under construction and expected to become operational soon. The transit campus is 10 km from Raichur City.
