The total B.Tech tuition fee at IIIT Sonepat is approximately ₹7.20 Lakhs for 4 years. The fee is the same for all students regardless of category (no institutional fee waiver). Hostel charges are additional. Students can apply for NSP and government scholarships.

IIIT Sonepat is currently operating from a transit campus at SBIT (Sri Balwant Institute of Technology) in the Sonepat-Bahalgarh Industrial Area. The permanent campus is under construction and was expected to be ready by early 2026. Classes at transit campus have ACs, projectors, smart boards, Wi-Fi-equipped labs, and a library.
