The B.Tech tuition fee is ₹1,25,000 per semester for all 8 semesters, totaling ₹10 Lakhs strictly for tuition. There is NO fee waiver for any category. Hostel stay is mandatory. Note: This fee structure strictly excludes hostel and mess fees.

Currently, IIIT Vadodara operates from a transit campus at Government Engineering College, Sector-28, Gandhinagar. The permanent 50-acre campus is under development at Dumad, Vadodara.

IIIT Vadodara is unique among government IIITs for offering MCA (Master of Computer Applications) and a BSc Online programme. It has 4 B.Tech specializations – CSE, IT, AI, and ECE.

Per the official IIITV website, B.Tech tuition fee is ₹1,25,000 per semester for all 8 semesters = ₹10 Lakhs tuition total. There is NO fee waiver for any category. First semester grand total including hostel, mess, transport, and one-time charges is approximately ₹2,34,020. Hostel stay is mandatory. Total 4-year all-inclusive cost is approximately ₹17 Lakhs.
