General ITMI process (per official Digital Media & Communication programme FAQ): (1) Register online and pay an application/registration fee of Rs. 1,200; receive a welcome mail, sample test paper and detailed application form; (2) Sit the ITMI entrance test/interview; selected candidates receive an admission letter within about a week; (3) Pay an initial seat-booking amount (Rs. 40,000 for the standalone PGD in Digital Media & Communication; Rs. 25,000 for the Galgotias BA (Hons.)) to confirm the seat, per the offer letter; (4) Pay the remaining fee per the admission schedule; (5) Report/commence classes at the tentative term start (typically September). A Rs. 5,000 refundable equipment/library deposit is returned after course completion (subject to 'No Dues' clearance); a mandatory Rs. 40,000 commitment deposit is non-refundable once paid, per the official Fee Structure/Refund Policy page.
