BAMS admissions are fully NEET-UG based: 15% AIQ seats via AACCC at aaccc.gov.in; 85% state quota seats via Maharashtra's centralised CAP counselling, conducted by the Admission Regulating Authority (ARA), Mumbai / State CET Cell at cetcell.mahacet.org, in coordination with DMER. Candidates must correctly select IIMSMH's DMER/State CET Cell Institute Code (3138) and MUHS College Code (123131) while filling online preference forms. Reserved category seats (SC/ST/OBC/VJNT/SEBC/EWS) in private Maharashtra colleges require a valid Non-Creamy Layer or category certificate at document verification. Stray Vacancy Rounds are also conducted where seats remain after regular rounds. The full document checklist is published at iimsmh.com/list-of-documents.
