B.Tech: 10+2 with PCM, minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST), valid JEE Main score. B.Tech Lateral Entry: 3-year Engineering Diploma or B.Sc. with Mathematics, minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST). MCA: Bachelor's degree with Mathematics/Statistics/CS, valid CUET PG score. MBA: Bachelor's degree in any discipline, minimum 50% marks, valid CUET PG score. M.Tech: B.Tech/B.E. in relevant discipline, valid GATE score preferred. Ph.D.: M.Tech/M.E. or equivalent PG with minimum 55% marks.

1. Appear for the relevant national-level entrance exam (JEE Main / CUET PG / GATE). 2. Register on the UPTAC portal (https://uptac.admissions.nic.in/) for B.Tech / Lateral Entry, or AKTU counselling portal for PG programmes. Pay the counselling registration fee (Rs.1,000 for B.Tech). 3. Fill up to 100 college/branch preferences. 4. Seat allotment is released in multiple rounds (7 rounds for B.Tech) based on rank and category. Reservations: 21% SC, 2% ST, 27% OBC, 10% EWS (as per UP Govt. norms); 20% All-India quota. 5. Upon seat allotment, physically report to IET Lucknow campus within 5 days with original documents: allotment letter, 10th/12th marksheets & certificates, JEE/CUET scorecard, category certificate (if applicable), Aadhar card, passport-size photographs. 6. Complete document verification and pay the first-year admission fee to confirm the seat.
